You can reset your password directly in the Cidapay app. Go to Settings > Security > Change Password. If you're having trouble, contact our support team for assistance.

If your card is lost or stolen, immediately freeze it using the Cidapay app (Cards > Select Card > Freeze Card). Then contact our support team to report it and request a replacement.

International transfers typically take 1-3 business days to process, depending on the destination country and receiving bank. You can track your transfer status in the app.

Most everyday transactions are free. We're transparent about any applicable fees for premium services, which are clearly disclosed before you proceed with any transaction.

You can upgrade to a business account directly in the app under Settings > Account Type > Upgrade to Business. You'll need to provide business registration documents and other required information.
